Hello depression!

Here I am! Enjoy me baby!

I'm the guy who is not capable to solve his own problems. Life seems too heavy. Everything is boring. Only Jesus could help me but I don't believe that after his death he flew up in the sky.

So, I am really lost!

But I still have you my dear followers (just four of you but thats enough anyway). Please share your pain with me! And please give me some advices how not to go insane! Other wise I'm not sure whether I will be capable to continue writing this medium interesting blog.

And those who believe in God, please pray Him for me! Ask Him just to give me more peace!

  1. I will pray for you. Advice from me. When I'm bored or sad, I find something to take my mind off of it. I can't stand to be idle. I quilt, scrapbook, write, read, etc. when there's nothing else to do. :) Maybe a hobby would help.

  2. How not to go insane... well, physiological manipulation is a powerful took for controlling your brain. I know it may sound like a lot of BS, but try, it really works> for instance if you change your physiology to the way it is WHEN you feel STRONG it will change your internal representation and how you feel at that moment. Think NOW when was the last time you felt strong and energetic, happy with yourself, go to that moment, relive it. I want you to STAND UP RIGHT, throw your shoulders back, breathe deeply from your chest, LOOK UPWARD!!! and move your body. If you put yourself in a resourceful physiology, you can't be depressed. See if you feel depressed in that posture. You'll find it is almost impossible. Instead your brain is getting message from your physiology to be alert, vital and resourceful. And that's what it becomes. Simply by changing physiology people can do things they thought they could never do before. Why. Because the second you change your physiology, you change your state. You are in control. You CAN be in control.

Whenever I feel I can't do something I change my state and empower myself to action either by changing the pictures and dialogues in my mind (say I am afraid of something I will act as if I'm not, take that " pose" if that makes any sense, and thus I'm kind of "fooling" my brain and able to do smth particular I was afraid of doing) or by changing the way how I'm standing, breathing and tone of voice. The idea is to change both physiology and tone. Having done this, I can immeaditely feel resourceful and be able to follow through with the actions necessary to produce the results I desire.

I hope I could help. And, oh, keep writing, it'll help too.
